A mentoring program called "Success Tracks" has been recently added to the Videomasters system. This one-on-one mentoring program allows us to guide the new affiliate step-by-step during the first six months. This helps the new start to get over some of the initial hurdles and establish some successful habits and skills. For example, maybe you are trying to break into a new market and would like some step-by-step guidance along the way. We would work with you to develop a plan of action. You would then execute the plan and report back on the results. We then work on the next step based on the results of the previous step. This reporting back to us is critical to the process. It not only allows all of us to access the progress and next step, it also holds you accountable forcing you to follow through or report to us that you chickened out.
Staying current with technology, trends, and techniques is a must in this profession. With our exclusive member's only Continuing Education Program we help you stay a step ahead of your competition. We regularly publish new education articles to help you and your business. The old articles are archived, so that you may have access to them as the need arises. Annual Conferences are held for affiliates to share their knowledge, improve their skills, showcase their work, and have fun with fellow affiliates.
